$215 Individual or Couples Counseling- 45 minute session
$325 for Intensive Therapy packages- per 60 minutes
I am not in network with any insurance provider at this time. You may contact your insurance company to submit an out of network claim. Please note that this option requires a diagnosis and is not guaranteed reimbursement.
I accept all major credit cards, Health Saving Accounts, and Flexible Spending Accounts.
No Surprises Act & Good Faith estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, passed January 2022, you are protected against surprise medical bills and are entitled to an estimate of services from out of network providers. This bill applies to all of healthcare and you should check with your individual providers for how this impacts your care.
What this means if you would like to work with me:
If you do not have insurance or are not using your insurance I am required to give you an estimate of medical items and services called a Good Faith Estimate, in writing.
You have the right to have a copy of the Good Faith Estimate.
You have the right to dispute a charge that exceeds $400 from the Good Faith Estimate.
You have the right to receive the Good Faith Estimate in writing one business day before your service as well as request it before scheduling a service.
