I am not in network with any insurance companies. I can provide you with a medical receipt you can submit to your insurance if you have out-of-network benefits. This requires me to provide an accurate medical diagnosis.

Payment for sessions are due at the time of service.

It is your responsibility to talk with your insurance company about your mental health benefits and submit claims.

What is your fee?

$215 Individual or Couples Counseling- 45 minute session

$325 for Intensive Therapy packages- per 60 minutes

I accept all major credit cards, Health Saving Accounts, and Flexible Spending Accounts.

Holy moly, Batman! Why is it such a high fee?

You're getting my full attention and energy because I keep my caseload intentionally small - which means more focused time for you, not me rushing between back-to-back sessions.

Each 50-minute session includes additional time I spend outside our meetings - reading relevant materials, consulting with colleagues, collaborating with your healthcare team, or finding resources specifically for you.

Do you offer reduced fee or sliding scale?

Yes, I do. These are very limited are reserved for clients who cannot afford my full fee.

No Surprises Act & Good Faith estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, passed January 2022, you are protected against surprise medical bills and are entitled to an estimate of services from out of network providers. This bill applies to all of healthcare and you should check with your individual providers for how this impacts your care.

What this means if you would like to work with me:

  • If you do not have insurance or are not using your insurance I am required to give you an estimate of medical items and services called a Good Faith Estimate, in writing.

  • You have the right to have a copy of the Good Faith Estimate.

  • You have the right to dispute a charge that exceeds $400 from the Good Faith Estimate.

  • You have the right to receive the Good Faith Estimate in writing one business day before your service as well as request it before scheduling a service.
